Highlights from the 12 hour marathon:
▪Representatives Pete Sessions and Michael Burgess are introduced at about 22 minutes into the first segment of Day One.
▪Dr. Vanila Singh characterizes the 3000 public comments received on the first session of the Task Force, at about 11 minutes into the second segment of Day One.
▪Also of high interest to pain patients and professionals is an overview of recommendations concerning the 2016 CDC prescription guidelines, at about one hour into the sixth segment of Day One.
The fourth point in the chart -
》》》In effect if not in exact wording invalidates major elements of the CDC Guideline in favor of much more individualized treatment inclusive of opioids even at elevated doses.《《《
